Irene Nakimbugwe the Deputy Spokesperson of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution says that they received a complaint from the victim’s family and they were equally concerned about the handling of the case.
On April 22, 2019, police recovered the body of Catherine Agaba, a medical doctor attached to International Hospital Kampala –IHK. 23-year-old Ronald Obangakene, a security guard, who was picked up from his Apac home district, claimed responsibility.
