The summons signed by Elias Bayiruka, the Masaka District Criminal Investigations Officer, require Sauda Namuleme municipality principal treasurer to appear before Masaka central police station on 11th January 2020 for interrogation and statement recording.
The Municipality is struggling to maintain the street lights over high power bills. According to the municipal authorities, at least 250 million Shillings is required every year to keep the streetlights on.
