Preach Against Domestic Violence - Soroti Bishop Tells Priests 1

Bishop Obbo says that the incidents of domestic violence are on the rise in Teso sub-region and the church should take a firm stand against it. One of the victims, Angella Amuge, was killed by her husband Vincent Okiror in Kanyumu village, Kumi district on Friday night after a picked a quarrel, while Grace Asamo, another victim was also beaten to death by her husband John Eluga last week at their home in Sugur village, Wera sub county in Amuria district.
