The Way of the Cross, also known as the Way of Sorrows, refers to a series of images depicting Jesus Christ on the day of his crucifixion and accompanying prayers.

The magnificent house that the diocese wants to construct for the Bishop will have a mission hall, guest accommodation rooms, meeting rooms, parking yard, sauna, and a swimming pool. Construction is expected to start in June this year 2022.

Presiding over the ordination ceremony, Rev Sanctus Linus Wanok, the Bishop of Lira Diocese cautioned the newly ordained Priests to critically observe and uphold the catholic, vows which they undertook. Bishop Wanok reminded the new priests to only serve Christ and strive to promote the Kingdom of God in their communities, adding that they should be prepared to perform diligently.
