Patrick Jimmy Okema, the Aswa River Pegion police spokesperson, says the two were using a canoe to test the water when it capsized. The canoe owner identified as Douglas Omona, a resident of Angagura trading center and his colleague, Simon Otinga from Atanga Sub County survived the accident.
