Justice Dollo says that the case, often against minors, constitute a bigger percentage of criminal cases handled by courts of law across the country, yet studies have established that the biggest percentage of cases remain unreported.
The decision by Justice Owiny Dolo to suspend the hearing of three election petitions in Masaka has drawn protests from the petitioners. Justice has been hearing the election petitions from Kalungu East, Bukoto South and Kyamuswa county parliamentary elections.
