Ichom said that the premises didn't have CCTV cameras and that they last had a security guard about two weeks ago before he was relieved of his duties.
During the hearing, Nandutu's lawyers, led by Caleb Alaka, objected to proceeding with the case, citing imprecise, ambiguous, and vague charges that could potentially infringe upon her right to a fair hearing.
On Tuesday when the application came up for hearing before Lady Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha, the proceedings were disrupted by poor internet connection.
They were also directed to forfeit the motor vehicle registration number UBH 194 E that was used in commission of offenses to be forfeited to Uganda Wildlife Authority.
The witness added that he nearly killed Kwoyelo because when he told him to wake up and surrender himself, Kwoyelo started touching around himself in what the witness had thought that he was looking for a gun to shoot at him. But Kwoyelo was reportedly not armed and he was trying to hold his stomach which had an injury.

The legal team led by Evans Ochieng says that the matter of Glaser’s waning health was brought to the attention of the courts several times, as a ground for his bail application. However, the system kept him incarcerated well knowing that his life was at stake.
"The cancerous wound on the cheek has got worse and his health is dangerously deteriorating. Our concern is that the accused could die in prison and thus can cause a lot of embarrassment for the government and the country", reads the letter dated April 22nd 2020.
