The East Kyoga Regional Police Spokesman, Oscar Gregg Ageca, says that the Police also impounded the Fuso Truck registration number UBH 426D that was being used to carry the pipes.
This comes after Eng. Silver Mugisha, the managing director NWSC told the legislators that they are only mandated to operate in cities, municipalities and a few urban town councils which are designated to them by the Ministry of water.
