The more than 50 youth under Acholi NRM Concerned Youth, National Youth Coalition for NRM Mobilization also known as NRM 100 percent and the NRM Media Activists allege that the party leaders in the district have been blocking them whenever they want to meet the President. They also allege that some funds allocated to party activities in Gulu have been mismanaged.
Patrick Oboi Amuriat, the FDC Party President, says the restriction are meant to curtail opposition party activities at the expense of the ruling National Resistance Movement-NRM Party.
