A report by the KCCA council revenue collection committee chaired by Makerere University councillor Doreen Nyanjura recommends that the three court members allowances be increased from 400,000 to 571,000 Shillings for the chairman and from 300,000 to 428,000 Shillings for the two members. This means, after deducting taxes, the court chairperson will earn 400,000 per day while the two members will take home 300,000 Shillings per day.
