Police Spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner of Police Kituuma Rusoke, stated that out of the 21 retrieved bodies, only 14 have been handed over to families for burial.
Fred Enanga the Police spokesperson, said security teams had gone to arrest Kirevu after getting information that he was recruiting people to join the Allied Democratic Forces-ADF, a rebel movement based in the Democratic Republic of Congo which has been accused of being behind the recent spate of bombings in Kampala.
According to Dr Moses Byaruhanga, the Police Chief Pathologist 16 bodies were taken to the mortuary. 15 of the bodies were for men while one was for a female.
