Kembabazi was on Friday granted a cash bail of One Million Shillings by the court presided over by Grade One Magistrate Gladys Kamasanyu after she had presented two sureties who were her brothers.
It is alleged that Kembabazi verbally gave directives after she had personally stormed the offices and threatened to take action against the Human Resource Officers if they failed to abide by the instructions she claimed to have gotten from the fountain of honor.
