Denis Kidega, the Omoro District NRM party chairperson says that the aspirants were summoned for planning purposes and how to secure victory during the elections.
It is claimed that NRM Party gave 50,000 shillings per village to be given to 23 selected youths per village who shall coordinate the votes for NRM party president and flag bearers at village level.
