East Kyoga Regional Police Spokesman Oscar Gregg Ageca says that personnel from Katakwi Central Police Station were tipped off about the illegal operation and acted to stop it by dispersing the market and arresting the officers.
Edulu had been placed under home-based care management which required him to remain in quarantine at home for at least 14 days while receiving treatment.
