The team captain, Jimmy Enabu said his side lost concentration and ended up losing the entire game, he, however, said the loss has helped the team to realize their mistakes and he expects more improvement in the second round.

The summoned players include team captain Jimmy Enabu, Ivan Muhwezi, Fayed Baale, Tonny Drilleba, Titus Odeke, James Okello, Ben Komakech, Peter Obleng, Deng Geu, Mohamed Ghedi Abdihakim, Womala Emmanuel Timothy, Brandon Davies, Eric Rwahire and Robinson Odoch Opong.
The Silverbacks lacked concentration on the defense that gave Senegal chances to punish them on the break on Wednesday night. The five times champions out played Uganda in all the quarters, while Uganda’s players also failed to be clinical.
In an interaction with the Uganda Radio Network, FUBA Vice President Administration, Hudson Ssegamwenge said the team will have automatic qualification if they defeat Morocco in the first game, Ssegamwenge added on that they have two trips to Morocco and Cape Verde but he said the later will be informed by their performance in the first one.
