Israel Maniraguha, the head of mobilization for the Ghetto Initiative in the Bunyoro sub-region, while addressing hundreds of ghetto youth in Kiryatete East, a suburb of Hoima City, explained that the initiative aims to equip them with skills to deter them from engaging in criminal activities.

The facelift is expected to be implemented in the 2021/2021 Financial Year, according to Associate Professor David Okello Owiny, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University who is leading the University’s Management team in a field visit to the site.
