Deo Ntakimanyi 60, the Boma village LC I Chairperson, says that his late grandfather was born on the contested piece of land but he is shocked to hear that he is a Congolese.
According to Nabbanja, this could be a move by some officials in OPM and Kyangwali refugee settlement area to fraudulently grab the said land from locals neighbouring the Kyangwali refugee settlement area.
