In November 2024, the court found the accused had a case to answer and ordered them to defend themselves against charges of trespass at Rubaga Miracle Cathedral and giving false information to police.
The warrants were issued on Monday by Senior Principal Grade One Magistrate Adams Byarugaba, following a request by Chief State Attorney Jonathan Muwaganya, the lead prosecutor in the case.

The prosecution heard that on June 8th 2018 while at Christian Life Church, the accused persons who were armed with blunt objects robbed Sam Mukula of his mobile phone worth Shillings 35,000 and Shillings 500,000.
The Judge has also noted that the investigations into Asio's murder are complex as said by the Prosecutor since one of the investigators in it Obadia Hakiri died following unclear circumstances after gathering evidence to use in the case.
Detective Assistant Superintendent of Police Nobert Ochom, says that Onebe should be denied bail because he was placed on a watch list following the disappearance of his wife and instructed not to move outside Kampala without the express permission of the investigators.
