The five roomed structure has developed cracks, which has triggered fears among police officers. It’s against this background that Muhindo has sought intervention from Kikyuusa Town Council authorities and Town Clerk.
Councilors rejected the other three after they punched holes in information about them, on grounds that they fell short of the requirements.
