Five vocal NRM politicians in Ntungamo district have been blocked from a party consultative meeting held at the home of First Lady Janet Museveni in Irenga, just outside Ntungamo town.
The office of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) in Maracha district has been closed over failure by the leaders to pay rent that has accumulated to more than four million shillings.
The ruling NRM party has been sued for failing to pay more up to 21.6 million shillings in rent arrears for its offices on Plot 10 Kyadondo Road in Nakasero, Kampala.
