Congolese National Remanded For Knocking Journalist Dead in Mubende Police, Court, NMG 2

Umar Muhamad, 34, a Congolese national and resident of Kyaka II Refugee Camp in Kyegegwa District was on Tuesday charged with six offences. The charges are reckless driving, causing death through reckless driving and driving a motor vehicle without a valid driving permit.
