Nelson Owili, a passenger who was traveling to Lamwo and was affected by the unfortunate event said they left Kampala at midday, and on reaching Kiryandongo at 5:00 pm, the bus was impounded and they were told it was in connection to failure to compensate an accident victim forcing them to board other means.
