According to Gen Busizoori, the clashes resulting into death inside the disputed territory is due to lack of roads since the UPDF quick reaction forces cannot easily reach on time to crime scenes.
Their arrest comes barely one week after security personnel arrested two people whose identities have been concealed following the death of four people from Madi after violent clashes.
