Abas Ssenyonjo, the Kira Division Police Commander, says that the children were inside their two-bedroom semi-permanent house with their 12-year-old sister, Catherine Nakkasi who was preparing to go to school.
The deceased has been identified as Bukenya Gilbert a a boda-boda rider in Kira municipality and resident of Kyaliwajala, who was killed by assailants that wanted his motorcycle.
