On Wednesday Kadaga signed the condolence book at Parliament. Kadaga described Oulanyah as a committed leader who loved his work and research to ensure excellence at work.
Todwong was accompanied by; Fred Ebil Ebil, the secretary-general of Uganda People’s Congress – UPC, David Alira, the Secretary-general of People’s Progressive Party – PPP, Dr Gerard Siranda, the Secretary-general of Democratic Party – DP, Harold Kaija, the Deputy Secretary-general of Forum for Democratic Change – FDC, and Hajji Muhammad Katerega, the Secretary-General of Justice and Equity Movement - JEMA party.
