The area from Kamwokya to Bukoto, including Old Kira Road, is now off-limits to cyclists, vehicles, and pedestrians, with armed police and military personnel surrounding the area. This security deployment comes in response to NUP's planned return celebrations for their president, Robert Kyagulanyi.
