LCF’s Prime Minister Robert Ajal convened Wednesday’s special council meeting at Won- Nyaci's palace in Teboke, Apac district during which Ocen was elected as speaker and Wasio Dickens Odongo, the Awitong of Adyegi clan as his deputy.
