The suspect is Sergeant Ivan Ankampulira attached to the City Tactical Counter Terrorism Headquarters in Kampala.

Police in Rakai district are holding a private security guard for shooting a colleague in Kyotera town. The shooting incident occurred on Thursday night, 7pm, at a Simba Telecom shop in Kyotera. It involved two guards who work for Security Plus. The guards were supposed to be on duty at the shop.
