Edson Niwagaba, the Kamwenge District Inspector of Schools, informed URN that the schools designated as new sitting centers include Mukuru, Kinoni, Kigarama, Mother Mary Nkoma Church of Uganda, Rubona K, Kimuli Kidongo, Mirambi, St. Anthony Special Needs, and St. Peter’s Mukole Primary Schools.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Monday in Kinogozi Trading Center, Buhimba Sub-County, Kikuube District. According to available information, Kwesiga was playing cards with the suspects when a misunderstanding ensued for reasons that remain unclear.
