According to the Auditor General report on the management of prosecution cases during the financial year 2023/24, the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) did not meet any of the annual targets for criminal cases prosecuted, new cases pursued, sanctioned, and committed to the High Court.
“The Q3 release aligns with our efforts to reallocate resources from old priorities to key growth drivers. Our focus remains on promoting technical efficiency and ensuring service delivery at the lowest cost,” said Ggoobi.
