According to preliminary information obtained by Uganda Radio Network (URN), Corporal Byamugisha, armed with an AK-47 rifle and dressed in civilian clothing, stormed the bar and began shooting indiscriminately.
The soldier who is currently on the run has been identified as Pte Charles Onen of RA 227872 PT attached to the marine force at Buhuka Detach in Kyangwali sub county in Kikuube.
