Tusingurwe reportedly went missing their home on February 4th. His family members became suspicious after they waited for him to come home in vain and launched a search for him in vain.
The deceased identified as Christopher Sande, a resident of Kiryanga Central LCI, Kiryanga Sub County was found dead in the police cells on Thursday morning.
Sande was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly stole a smartphone belonging to Susan Wakisa, a resident of the same area. He was arrested by residents and handed over to the Kiryanga police.
