The Masaka Mayor, Godfrey Kayemba says they are pushing for pushing for the enactment of strong laws to stem drug abuse because the existing laws give lighter sentences and punishments to offenders.
Jacob Kkule, the Masaka District Police Commander, says they responded instantly and managed to recover Tomusanges car, which was abandoned at the crime scene. He reveals that police have also recovered two bullet cartridges from the scene to aide their investigations.
