Waiswa also said that the Grade one Magistrate failed to evaluate the evidence on the court record. He also faulted the magistrate for changing the accuseds plea of not guilty to guilty without following lawful procedures.
The resolution was reached on Sunday at a meeting held in Fort Portal. The meeting at Fort Fun City Hotel was called by President Yoweri Musevenis Political Affairs Private Secretary, David Mafabi.
