Mugisha says that he has petitioned the Attorney General seeking clarification on whether there is an Authority which can block the NWSC to access the water treatment plant after Minister gazetted the town under its jurisdiction.
Two children have been killed by a wall as their family relocates after eviction by Nakasongola army barracks at Kasenyi village in Lwapanga Sub County on Wednesday evening. The dead has been identified as Winnie Muduwa (7) and Nicholas Gift (1.5) years.
