The committal was prompted by the DPP\'s report indicating that investigations into the offenses were complete. State Attorney, Ann Ntimba however informed court that they are yet to secure the arrest of Ugandan-based Australian Cardiologist Dr. Aggrey Kiyingi, a co-suspect in this case.
