Muhumuza says to date it is unclear to the University council whether or not the criminal summon were intended to intimidate and terrorize the person of the Vice Chancellor and or the rest of the university management and council from fighting the land grabbing.
The staff Mark Kamanzi states that throughout the time he has served in the office, he had never been accused of any case which would constitute the basis for his termination. He adds that the process that led to his termination was illegal, irrational and unreasonable.
