Kampala International University KIU Titans on Sunday night stopped Pemba Warriors 71-55 in a hotly contested National Basketball league semi-final playoff game. In the other games, defending champions City Oilers stopped Betway Power to maintain a clean record in the semi finals. The win puts the Oilers in a 2-0 lead in the series, while Betway Power must win game three if they are to proceed.
Warriors new Signing Michael Buzangu Ntumba was the man of the match after he made a game high 36 points to give Warriors a comfortable lead.Buzangu made six points in three pointers and 12 field goals.
