The Omukama also appointed Kaliisa Kabagambe, the former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development as his Advisor on Oil and Gas and Dr Kihumuro Apuuli, the former Director General of Uganda Aids Commission, as his advisor on royal affairs.
