State Minister of Internal Affairs James Baba has ordered for the immediate removal of a notorious roadblock at Pakwach in Nebbi District. The roadblock in front of Pakwach Police Station is only meant for travelers from West Nile to the rest of Uganda via Pakwach-Karuma Road.
