As a result, the FSU team at Kampala Central Police Station and CMI in Kibuli and Nsambya tracked the signals until they landed on Lukyamuzi. He was picked up together with Lukyamuzi and Nabifwo. The two led the team to Bbaale’s home where they found Charles Bunywelo.

Rushegera was shot dead alongside her female friend Mellina Tumukunde at Nambigirwa Bridge Entebbe Expressway at around 10:30pm on September 5, 2019.
Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga, says Kaweesi was picked up from Mpigi district following a two year’s hunt by Kamengo police. According to Police, Kaweesi turned against the minor when she was left under his care in Lukango village in Mpigi district in 2017.
