Francis Muganga, the People Power Legal Officer in Eastern Uganda complained about the lack of a leveled political playing ground since their counterparts in the ruling National Resistance Movement-NRM party are holding meetings freely.
The Hospital Director, Dr. Florence Tugumisirize, says each patient has a feeding budget of Shillings 15,000 per day, which is inadequate to cater for their recommended diets.
