Fruit vendors in Mbale Central Market have raised complaints about a stench emanating from uncollected garbage near the entrance to the market, with some saying it is hard for them to break their fast.
They attribute the increment to the fact that most of the beans on the market are imported from neighbouring countries, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo following substantial yield reductions in Busigu and Sebei regions early in the year.
Mutinye started teaching at Kamonkoli Secondary School in Mbale up to 1999 when he was transferred to Bulucheke SS in Bududa district where he taught until 2018. He was then transferred to Mbale High School last year where he is currently teaching Geography both at Ordinary and Advanced levels.
