Nkuuhe made the observation after it emerged that the institution is tainted by infighting between the administration led by the Executive Director Charles Lagu and senior staff who have spent more than 10-years of service, in the organization.
Led by its Commandant, Col. Edith Nakalema, Officers from the State House Anti Corruption Unit held a meeting involving the State Minister in Charge of Animal Husbandry, Bright Rwamirama, NAGRIC staff and former staff to discuss the fraud allegations.
