The acting Mbarara High Court Assistant Registrar, Samuel Twakyire issued the orders following an application filed by eight occupants in Mbarara Industrial park the last month for a Judicial Review.
The tenants are seeking an interim order restraining UIA from subleasing the industrial park Land to Mbarara Gatsby Club, a consortium of small-scale entrepreneurs in Mbarara City.
While officiating at the opening of the Plea Bargain Camp2022, the Chief Justice, Alfonse Owinyi Dollo reminded the inmates that the plea bargain programme is for the guilty and not the innocent.
The criminal appeals session is set to last five days from 13th to 17th December 2021 at Mbarara High Court Circuit, this is being done using Technology with the appellants not appearing physically in Court but on Zoom.
