Lenacapavir is an injection given to women every six months, which has proven to protect women, especially those at high risk of contracting the HIV virus. Dr. Flavia revealed that during their study in Uganda, it showed that among the girls at high risk of contracting HIV, none of them contracted the disease after receiving the Lenacapavir injection, despite being at high risk.
