Residents of Butambala district are castigating their candidates for not listening and returning to consult them after elections. Butambala County will on September 12 hold a by election to choose a Member of Parliament after Faisal Kikulukunyuâ€™s 2011 victory was nullified by Court of Appeal in July this year.
