Nyakiyumbu Sub-county chairperson Sunday Peter Kakule says that the idea of having local vigilantes would work best for them due to the several porous border points that the suspected rebels have taken advantage of to attack local communities in Kasese.
The suspect; Christopher Ssesanga is accused of raping and killing Shirat Nakijjwe, a 16-year-old senior two-student at Midland High School. The deceased has been living with her mother Margaret Nankya, a resident of Kizito Zone in Luwero Town Council.
