Led by the European Ambassador to Uganda, Jan Sadek, the delegation of ambassadors arrived in Gulu on Tuesday and have since met with the Acholi Paramount Chief David Onen Acana II, Gulu district and City officials, visited Gulu Regional Referral Hospital, and Gulu University.
