Before the final game, two other clubs, Gaddafi and Proline battled in the playoffs to determine which team will join Arua and Tooro in the Uganda Premier League. Gaddafi defeated Proline and took the third spot.

Gaddafi’s Steven Munguchi was named the Most Valuable Player of the season while Nyamityobora’s Clinton Kamugisha emerged as the top scorer with 12 goals. Richard Anyama of Arua Hill SC was named the best goalkeeper of the season.
